My experiance was on and off for a year, worst when I got out of bed in the morning. Did one shot that worked for about a week. I read about tight muscles on the posterior side of the leg causing the problem.
I did a lot of streching and tried to minimize being on my feet for a week. Also used one of those massage balls on my foot. It worked and have not had a problem since.
The hardest part was sitting around a for a week. I have a foot surgeon friend that says. "Stay away from the blade if you can at all costs." Like Ken said maybe you need to stay off it longer.
