Hi all, I have permits to hike sobo starting june 21st, but am having transport issues with tioga rd being closed. If I want to turn my trip around and hike nobo, how difficult will it be to get 3 walk-in permits? I'm looking for the 19th or 20th of june, they said we have to enter another lottery? Are a lot of people NOT showing up for their dates? Any ifno helps..
