I should be stating the obvious, but with the amount of snow up there this year, the MR will probably still be a "winter" climb at the end of May.

Kind of you to post. We have been preparing for a snow climb, in fact that is why we booked at that time, although I am hoping for minimal snow at the lower elevations, wasen't going to bring skis or snow shoes.

Four of us were going to climbing east face or east buttress on May 21, but now two quit, luckily, neither of them is my climbing partner.
Because of the snow condition, we may choose east buttress, instead of east face.
My another friend will try the mountaineer's route with one his friend one day earlier than us. They may just stop at Iceberg lake.
