All clear at the North Fork Big Pine Creek this morning. Ran up by lakes today. No snow and it was an exceptional morning.

Still clear up to the lakes in Big Pine (N. Fork Big Pine Creek)as of today. Went up out of OV earlier this week (Monday)and ran into snow at about 10k" below Gilbert Lake. About two inches at 10,400 but some probably melted off by now. I turned around there since I was wearing shorts and it was snowing ;-)

No need for snowshoes to Willow Lake unless there is a big dump in the next few days - doubtful. There is no snow there unless it is hiding in some very shady place.
