Mt. Whitney Portal Store & Hostel Forums General Mt. Whitney Portal Store Message Board Gambler's Special Trip

Went back to the wreck of flight 708, the "Gambler's Special" and the site of an Air Force helo crash. Spent the night at the tarn about 15 minutes from the main crash area. Very difficult trip, but well worth it.
