Hi This topic seems to come up once in a while most times we tend to not fire the rocket but you know it is in the month of August and things are slow and tapering off so lets try the throw the bone trick.
So say a person is in the wilderness has a little trouble breaks a leg, rips his arm off and it starts snowing , he is 12 miles from a road and only has a spot device but did not buy the service . Search and rescuse has a new policy they will only respond to calls in the city limits for seniors and children under 12 , and between 9 AM and 5 17 PM and will only assist if the party supported the medical bill just passed by the congress.
How long will it take 1. for Chuck (the person above ) to get to the road and 2. How long will it take the rest of society to catch on. 3. Can Search and rescue continue to offer free service? Several simple questions I will not add the conditions of the third world countries or stuff like that, WHO is taking care of those problems funded by the World Bank.
Thanks Doug
