I will be exploring the Taboose Pass region for the first time next month. I'm thinking of hanging a left at the pass and heading toward Striped and Goodale Mts setting up camp with a plan to climb up Striped Mt the next day then moving camp to Bench Lake for a night. Has anyone climbed Striped Mt? What might I expect? I'll be going solo. I'm comfortable with class 2-3. Recently I've climbed Mt Agassiz and Mt Tyndall solo. Just want to know if there are any issues with exceptionally loose rock or other such dangers not mentioned in Secor. Thanks.
